Following the departure of our long-serving Treasurer, Harry Blackburn, we are looking to recruit a volunteer who would act as Treasurer to the Association with immediate effect.
The duties would involve keeping accurate accounts, presenting a statement to the Committee Meetings which are held at regular intervals during the year (usually every 2 months) and maintaining clear and accurate records in line with the requirements of our funders. The volunteer will work closely with the Chairman, Clive Andrews, and we would anticipate that this post would need committment of 3 hours per month, at the most.
We are entering a very exciting phase in the history of the Association, as we are now opening up our area of operation to include Ridge Lane and Atherstone South, and we have managed to secure funding to enable us to purchase several items of equipment to assist us in holding more exciting community events.
