Mancetter Parish Council usually meets every two months on the fourth Tuesdays of January, March, May, July, September and November. Very occasionally there may be a need to change the meeting from the scheduled date and possibly the venue.
In 2018 the Annual Parish Meeting became a separate meeting usually held in April. This is where Parishioners have the opportunity to ask questions of the Parish Council and discuss general issues affecting the Parish.
All local Community Groups and Organisations within the Parish are invited to attend this meeting, and share their activities and the good work that they do within the villages of Mancetter and Ridge Lane.
At other Parish Council Meetings parishioners may attend and speak briefly during the Public Question Time section of the meeting. If you wish to attend a Parish Council meeting please contact the Parish Clerk. The public may, on very rare occasions, be excluded from part of the meeting whilst certain items on the agenda are discussed.
The Parish Council has some direct responsibilities and is also consulted regularly by North Warwickshire Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council about matters affecting the Parish that come under their jurisdiction.
Importantly, it acts as the voice of parishioners with those councils and a number of other organisations over matters concerning the Parish.
All meetings, unless stated otherwise, are held in the New School Room adjacent to St. Peter's Church, Mancetter and commence at 7.00pm prompt. Access to the room is along the drive to the church car park.

Mancetter Parish Council would like to invite you to a brief zoom get together to reflect on a difficult period and plan and aspire for the future of our villages.
The joining instructions are on the agenda, and we do hope that some of you will be able to make it. We are hoping to hold a face to face meeting in September 2021 when the pandemic picture will hopefully be clearer.
Due to lockdown and the Coronavirus restrictions closing meeting venues, Mancetter Parish Council will hold a brief online meeting to approve essential legal requirements.
The meeting will be made accessible to members of the public who should contact the Clerk for joining instructions from 3rd December onwards.
This meeting has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus Lockdown and rescheduled provisionally for Wednesday 9th December 2020 at 7pm.

Councillors and Members of the Public are asked to wait socially distanced outside in the car park prior to being shown to your seat.
Members of the public are advised that queries or concerns should be raised with the clerk prior to the meeting to minimise time spent within the building.
