Mancetter SureStart has now been officially designated as a ‘Childrens Centre’. This is exciting news as it means that it will be able to continue to offer a joined up way of delivering services for families and children. The Children's Centre at Mancetter is only the second in the County so far to be designated which links together health related services, integrated education, family support and childcare.

This news means that in addition to the existing services, new opportunities will become more accessible. Some of the current services include Stay and Play sessions, Toy Libraries, Adult Education, Parenting workshops, as well as early years education through Starfish Nursery.

Mancetter Children's Centre will continue to have significant impact on local families within the community by offering such a wide range of innovative activities and support services which will determine good outcomes for parents and their children and a stronger, safer community.
