North Warwickshire Borough Council Neighbourhood Wardens

NWBC Housing Division hasNeighbourhood Wardens based in different areas of the Borough who are pro-active within the community in tackling nuisance issues on estates and provide a link between the community, Police, Local Authority and other Partner Agencies. Wardens do not have any power of arrest, they are the eyes and ears of the local community, deal with anti social behaviour on estates, pick up litter, report abandoned cars, attend local meeting with tenants, report vandalism and disrepair and report graffiti.

By working closely with the community and being seen in the area they promote partnership working to deal with issues of concern.
